The Live Wedding
Painting Experience
Step 1: Before Your Wedding
Before the event, we will discuss your preferred scene, venue, wedding timeline, canvas size, composition, and any meaningful details you would like included.
You may choose a moment that will happen naturally during the celebration or request a custom composition created from multiple references.
Step 2: During Your Celebration
I arrive as early as allowed to set up and begin painting the venue, background, florals, and overall composition.
Once your selected moment takes place, I capture reference photographs and continue painting live throughout the celebration. Your guests can stop by and watch the artwork develop during the event.
Step 3: After the Wedding
Following the celebration, I complete any remaining details and refinements in my studio. This allows me to carefully develop the couple, lighting, clothing, and smaller elements that may not be completed during the event.
Once the painting is finished, it receives a protective varnish and is prepared for local pickup or shipping.

I require a safe and well-lit setup area with enough room for my easel, supplies, and working space.
Indoor placement or shade is preferred when possible. Access to the selected painting location and a nearby electrical outlet may also be helpful depending on the venue lighting.

Travel within fifty miles is included with a full-price live wedding painting package.
Events located beyond the included travel area may require an additional travel or accommodation fee.

Completed paintings may be picked up locally in Cypress, California. Shipping is also available for an additional fee.

Wedding dates are reserved on a first-contracted basis. Booking early is recommended, particularly for weekends and popular wedding seasons.
Your date is officially reserved once the signed agreement and required deposit have been received.

Yes. A fifty percent nonrefundable deposit and signed agreement are required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due thirty days before your wedding. For events booked within thirty days, full payment may be required when booking.
