Live guest portraits are a unique way to elevate your celebration while giving your guests something truly special to take home. As your event unfolds, I create portraits in real time, capturing each guest in a distinctive style.

I arrive at your venue and set up a dedicated space where I’ll create guest portraits throughout your event. Guests can stop by for a quick reference photo, then return to enjoying the celebration while I work on their portrait.
Each portrait is completed in just a few minutes, depending on the selected style, and guests can return later to pick up their finished keepsake.
The process naturally draws people in and creates an engaging experience that becomes part of the celebration itself.
How It Works
Guaranteed
Portrait Completion
Every package includes a guaranteed number of individual guests to be drawn.
I will create as many portraits as possible live during your event on a first-come, first-served basis. Because I am unable to complete the full guaranteed guest count within the contracted service time, I will take reference photos of the remaining participating guests and finish their portraits in my studio afterward at no additional portrait fee.
Guest counts are based on individuals, not the number of physical portraits. For example, if two guests are drawn together on one portrait, they count as two guests toward your package total.
This allows your guests to enjoy the live experience while giving you peace of mind that the number of guests included in your package will still be fulfilled.

Prefer not to distribute completed portraits yourself? My assistant can collect guest mailing information during your event, and any portraits completed afterward can be individually packaged and mailed directly to each guest.
Large Event Packages
Hosting a larger celebration and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to receive a portrait?
Large event packages include up to six hours of live portrait services, with any remaining participating guests completed from reference photos after the event.
61–80 Guests — $3,000

81–100 Guests — $3,500

More Than 100 Guests — Get a Custom Quote
For events with more than 100 guests, please inquire for a custom quote based on your estimated guest count, event duration, and portrait style.
